TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as "we", "us" and "our" they refer to Heather Hill Farm. 

2. By purchasing a product or service from Heather Hill Farm, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

3. . We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check the terms & conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.

4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. 

5. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial gain, or otherwise, any portion of any of the content on the website or any other part of the service that we offer on this website. 

6. Prices for items are subject to change without notice. 

7. We reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of the service that we offer, or any part of content thereof, without any notice to you. 

8. We accept no liability to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

REFUNDS POLICY FOR TRAINING'S AT THE FARM

Sometimes plans change! To facilitate this we have a refunds policy for such an event.
 

• On-farm trainings up to 3 days duration; as long as you notify us at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the course, we will refund the fee amount received, less an administration fee of €20.  Alternatively we can credit the full amount towards a future course.  If you notify us of your need to cancel within 30 days of course commencement, your payment is not refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another name for that same course or join a later course.

• In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a course you will promptly receive a full refund.  Heather Hill Farm is not liable for travel arrangements/ expenses under any circumstance.
